Es cuando implicamos todos nuestros sentidos a la pr\u00e1ctica de &#8216;huerting&#8217; o plantar cuando, en un sentido figurativo, \u00abrecogemos los beneficios de lo que sembramos\u00bb. No basta con cualquier tipo de atenci\u00f3n, \u00e9sta debe ser de tipo fascinaci\u00f3n, es decir, cuando la tarea que hace te provoca inter\u00e9s, pasi\u00f3n. Si pones en pr\u00e1ctica diferentes ejercicios de atenci\u00f3n plena te ver\u00e1s beneficiado, aunque puede que de forma natural lo est\u00e9s haciendo ya. Vitamina D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfY qu\u00e9 tendr\u00e1 que ver la vitamina D con esto de ser feliz cuando plantas y cuidas de tu huerto o jard\u00edn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pues bien, la vitamina D tiene relaci\u00f3n con la s\u00edntesis de serotonina. La serotonina es un neurotransmisor que nos ayuda a regular nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo entre otras funciones. Cuando hay un d\u00e9ficit o disminuci\u00f3n en su s\u00edntesis esto puede afectarnos negativamente, haci\u00e9ndonos sentir m\u00e1s pesimistas, ansioso, triste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es necesario estar horas bajo el sol para producir la necesaria vitamina D, con 10 minutos es suficiente.
