El fr\u00edo y la humedad no son buenas compa\u00f1eras para esta planta de huerto.<\/p>\n<p>Conseguir unas flores sanas de calabac\u00edn requiere aportar las condiciones \u00f3ptimas a la planta, un periodo sin agua puede provocar que las flores se caigan.<\/p>\n<p>La recogida de estas flores comestibles\u00a0debe hacerse por la ma\u00f1ana temprano, para ser <strong>consumidas en el mismo d\u00eda<\/strong>, sino deber\u00edan de refrigerarse en la nevera. Las flores de calabac\u00edn pueden estar abiertas o cerradas sin que esto afecte a su sabor, descartando las que ya est\u00e9n lacias y las que tengan manchas. Algunos autores recomiendan fijarse en el color del pistilo, el cual no debe haberse puesto marr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El sabor es algo dulce con un toque amargo<\/strong>, m\u00e1s a\u00fan si se deja el pistilo, hay que lavarlas con agua antes de cocinarlas, con mucho cuidado ya que son delicadas.<\/p>\n<h2>Recetas con flores de calabac\u00edn<\/h2>\n<p>La m\u00e1s conocida es la de las <strong>flores de calabac\u00edn fritas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se limpian las flores de calabac\u00edn con delicadeza y se dejan secar.<\/li>\n<li>Por otro lado se mezcla harina, agua, sal. Adem\u00e1s de pimienta al gusto.<\/li>\n<li>Se sumergen las flores en la mezcla y se introducen en aceite caliente hasta que se doren (en poco m\u00e1s de 2 minutos).<\/li>\n<li>Se dejan escurrir y se sirven.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En la red pueden encontrarse multitud de opciones para cocinar con estas flores, como por ejemplo rellenas y rebozadas o rellenas al vapor.<\/p>\n<p>En Entre Semillas
